Joe Haberl was my agent of choice to sell my primary home several years ago. This was during the "bust" and the need for real estate savvy was paramount. After compiling a "comparable value" list of nearby homes, Joe recommended we price our house a bit below the comp values. We followed his advice, with fabulous results. Traffic was excellent, we actually had a bidding war and sold for $5,000 over listing price, in less than 45 days! Remember...this was the belly of the real estate bust !

He asked me how he could help me when I called him for an appointment he set and failed to call. He couldn't figure out how the computer worked, took us to the wrong house. Never followed up with an asking price for our home he could have listed.

Joe was very helpful with my short sale and made sure that it went a smooth as it could. There were some bumps but he made sure to take care of them. ;)
